Permitted use

Use of these designations is restricted to individuals who have earned their NRWCS certifications in workers' compensation and cyber liability, and who maintain good-standing status with the organization.

Any other use by individuals or organizations is strictly prohibited. NRWCS LLC reserves the right to enforce its trademark rights against violators. A trademark distinguishes the source of goods or services and protects the distinct identity of a business.
