The Registered Workers' Compensation Specialist® (RWCS) program is currently approved for insurance producer licensing continuing education credit in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Although the number of CE credit hours vary from state to state, most states allow 12 hours of CE credit.
When logging into the Testing Center be sure and enroll for the Insurance CE Credit option.
By and large, the procedure for obtaining mandatory continuing legal education accreditation is an extensive one and every state which manages its own program has its own particular standards and controls.
We have therefore found it better for attorneys to apply for accreditation from their specific states after the Registered Workers' Compensation Specialist (RWCS) professional designation program has been completed by supplying state bars with any documentation they may require.
