Porter T. Talbot, Named Executive Director
Washington, DC - November 30, 2002 – The National Registry of Workers’ Compensation Specialists has named Porter T. Talbot, as Executive Director. He comes to NRWCS with a considerable amount of experience in the field of professional education.

Talbot received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of The State of New York. Additionally, he hold several professional designations including, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow (LUTCF), Health Insurance Associate (HIA).

“I am thrilled to have this opportunity to work with The National Registry of Workers’ Compensation Specialists,” Talbot said. “The RWCS designation will become the premier certification in the workers’ compensation industry," he stated.

The National Registry of Workers’ Compensation Specialists, was created for corporate and government employees to develop and maintain leading-edge knowledge of the industry and to recognize their academic achievements by awarding them a professional designation specific to the field of workers’ compensation.
